In 2001, Argus established its technical Research and Development centre, it has played an important role in keeping up with the latest technical developments.


The R&D department employs highly qualified research personnel, most have been educated to university standard. We are constantly in touch with market trends and customer demands. Through the work of the R&D department we are able to offer higher quality products at economical prices. The R&D department focuses on new product innovation, improved development of our current products. We are engaged in new product synthesis, researching literature, development of production processes, development of small scale production processes.

Through successful collaboration with universities and government-supported research institutes, we have broadened our R&D base.
